Rachel Miller to lead Sheridan College Textiles Studio

Rachel Miller, Sheridan collegeSheridan College in Oakville, Ont., recently appointed Rachel Miller to the position of Studio Head, Textiles in the Craft & Design Program.

Miller is an artist, educator, design consultant and researcher from New York. She received her MFA in Fiber from the Cranbrook Academy of Art and her BFA in Crafts/ Fiber at the University of the Arts. As a former faculty member at Pratt Institute and the Fashion Institute of Technology, Miller has lectured on textile design, fiber and material studies, and sustainable design.
