Don’t miss the 2013 For the Love of Cloth sale at our new location – Room B-1 at 401 Richmond St. W., Friday, October 18 and Saturday, October 19. There are a million creative reasons to browse our latest upholstery samples and fine drapery panels, not to mention the beads, craft kits and other surprises.
Challenge your creativity with the amazing variety of colourful upholstery samples in plains, brocades, and velours at 2 for $5.
Exquisite drapery panels can be used for window dressings, wall hangings, fabric murals, table or bed covers, quilts, a statement jacket, diaphanous scarves or cocktail dresses.
Families of the same weave in different colours make wonderful placemats, napkin sets, quilt tops, coordinated chair seats or cushion covers.
We’ve received a donation of two vintage Singer sewing machines. The 99K Singer Sewing Machine was manufactured in 1958, is in excellent condition and has a manual. The model 27-4 Singer Sewing Machine was manufactured in 1905, is decorated as the Sphinx #15 (also known as the Memphis decal set), is in working order but does not have a manual.
Beads and jewelry at bargain prices make lovely gifts or the basis for decorating textile projects.
Genuine leather pieces, vinyls and faux suede samples can be used for laptop or cellphone covers, tote bags, chair seats or clothing inserts.
