For the Love of Cloth 2013

For the Love of ClothOnce again, the fall sale of decorator fabric was a successful fundraising event to benefit the Textile Museum of Canada. It was easy to prepare for the sale at its new indoor location at the TMC Volunteer workroom, 401 Richmond St. W.

Shared leadership means that credit is widespread. This sale is in every sense a team effort: More than 25 volunteers came out to collect, sort and price the fabric as well as work during the days of the sale. Our sale benefitted from facilities made available by the administration at 401 Richmond.

As always we need to thank special donors whose generosity makes this sale possible: Our beautiful decorator fabric comes from: Primavera, Keilhauer, Telio and Robert Allen.

Proceeds from the sale will be used to benefit the Textile Museum of Canada.
